Lose Weight Naturally

The oldest, most efficient equations known to controlling weight are

To stay fit and healthy = Burn off what you eat
To lose weight = Burn more then you eat.

It sounds so simple. And as far as keeping naturally trim and agile this formula never fails. It works for 99% of every living thing on the planet, from whales eating tons of fish to gorillas eating nuts and berries. Even trees take only the appropriate amount of nutrients from the soil to survive and grow big and strong.

Who has ever seen a fat, unhealthy whale? They always look sleek and streamlined, enjoying their environments. Finding a gorilla with a big fat belly and a lazy attitude is unlikely because gorillas know when to stop eating. Gorillas know when to stop eating in the same way that whales and trees and 99% of all living things are tuned into to a natural stop-eating signal from inside.

Only humans are confused by experts, corporate advertising, labour saving devices, unhealthy habits and comfort eating. Most creatures know what types food and nutrients are healthy for them, so it is not by chance that this food also tends to be their favourite food. Most creatures on this planet live a harmonious, healthy existence with a naturally balanced intake of nourishment and activities, most creatures, that is, except for us humans.

Admittedly, the other living things on this planet do not have the same global responsibilities as us. Our modern lifestyles are hectic and we have duties that go beyond reproducing, eating and relaxing. No other forms of life have to go to work for an uptight boss who only allows enough time to get lunch from a corporate sponsored, sugar filled vending machine. Coping with a complex and difficult lives seems to force us to eat fast food on the wing, turning food into an inconvenience that has to be gotten out of the way.

There are also a few creatures who, like us, struggle to find the internal signal that tells them when to stop eating. They are the animals we have domesticated. Once we took control of their diets and applied our human logic looking after these animals, they become fat cats, fat pigs, fat chickens, fat cows and fat dogs.

Look at the squirrel! How does the squirrel stay fit and healthy? It understands the internal signal that tells her she has had enough. She does not eat until she can not possibly eat anymore, until she cannot move. She eats until her instincts tell her to stop. She plans, storing away her food not in her belly but somewhere that will not ruin her agility. She remains sleek and slender, keeping her speed and zest for life. She stays active and alert, living life fully, becoming a ripe old squirrel age.

When it comes to eating and living in a healthy way the rest of the planet seems to have the whole situation under control, always staying energetic and celebrating life with fruitful activity. The internal stop-eating signal flourishes.

What do they know that we don't?

We have simply lost touch with the stop-eating signal that is as natural to us as it is to other animals and plants. This internal signal has never been revolutionary or at the cutting edge of our understanding. It is not even something we have to learn because it is something that with which we were born but have simply mislaid and ignored.

Is there a way to get back in touch with our internal stop-eating signal?

Through Paul's hypnotherapeutic approach you will be put back in touch with that natural, internal message again. Imagine eating just the perfect amount of the right foods. Imagine the feeling of useful energy burning inside you, prompting you towards activity that helps you to increase productivity in your life. Imagine a life where you do not have to curb cravings, do not have to police yourself; you do not have to be careful around food. Imagine not being on a diet but eating sensible types and quantities of food that make you happy. Imagine feeling safe and secure within your happiness, joyful with your decision to be fit and healthy.

To imagine all of these things is not just idealistic thinking. This happens all around us; most creatures on this planet live their whole lives in a natural, healthy balance.

This is not a diet. Diets do not always work.

Many people have been on a diet, achieved their goal weight and enjoyed all of those new feelings of confidence and ability. After a few months of feeling great, every day’s little ups and downs slowly begin to chip away at all of that diet behaviour, effort and resolve. Slowly and surely dieters are in the unenviable position of drifting back up to their old weight, and sometimes even above it. They end up pointing the finger at themselves for their failure, blaming themselves and feeling guilty. These yoyo weight loss programs result from having no plan of action after the ideal weight is achieved.

A diet is a way of controlling the intake of food, of monitoring and policing daily life with a list of elicit food and drink that we are not allowed to eat. In order to be successful, a diet is a regime that must never end. And we are the enforcers.

How can I find my internal stop-eating signal?

Do what the Wright brothers did, do what those engineers of the Hoover dam did… be inspired by nature and get ideas from the source that has been tested and evolved over millions of years.

Paul will re-introduce you to the internal stop-eating signal with which you were born. What could be simpler than to re-learn how to stay fit, healthy and strong? Paul uses the insightful qualities of hypnotherapy to re-connect you to the internal signal that has helped our species survive, grow and develop for hundreds and thousands of years.

Paul’s hypnotherapeutic approach is not a diet.

It is about understanding and re-connecting to the inborn ability to make appropriate and comfortable decisions, to be agile, fit and sleek. This selection process works for 99% of creatures on this planet and with Paul’s help you can be back in touch with your internal signals and natural skills again.

It will work for you.

Could this be the very moment you choose to change your life forever?
